Our vision is to transform philanthropic practices by placing design, evaluation, and funding directly in the hands of impacted communities, reshaping systems for lasting equity and change.

Values

  • We believe the answers are already within the communities we serve. We do not “know better”, we are partners in development work. Situational Humility is foundational for our team.

  • We are honored to be invited into the communities we work in and earning and keeping their trust is our highest priority.

  • We craft tools historically utilized by the for-profit sector to inform nonprofits decision-making in an increasingly competitive landscape.

  • We don't invite community to a "table" to passively participate in a system built without their consent. We create design, evaluation, and finance solutions alongside individuals.

  • We believe in asset-based design, evaluation, and funding frameworks. Individuals are not “helpless, poor, impoverished, or incapable” of choosing their own paths. Our work reflects the mutual dignity and respect all individuals deserve.
